Help to Build Mortgages
The Help to Build Equity Loan Scheme (Help to Build) is a new government scheme available to people in England who want to self build or commission a custom build home. The new scheme makes it possible to obtain a mortgage for a self or custom build home with as little as a 5% deposit, subject to T&Cs and eligibility criteria.
